Moringa Coconut Latte



Whose been drinking alot of coffee as of late? 🙋‍♀️ I think that while coffee is a soothing as it is stimulating, our nervous systems could probably use a break.


This latte is my favorite ritual right now. It's delicious, energizing (without the caffeine), nerve nourishing (due to Moringa's high, high amounts of B Vitamins 🌿), creamy and full of healthy fat ☁️which is optimal for adrenal and hormonal health (which is important to keep in check, especially since we are all dealing with an incredible amount of stress right now.)


And for my milk making mama's, Moringa Leaf has shown in clinical evidence to double breast milk supply! Since my supply seems to be lowest at night (cue cluster feeding!) I like to enjoy this latte in the mid afternoon and it makes a HUGE difference for our evenings. I almost called this recipe "milky mama moringa latte)...but honestly anyone can drink it, even your littles!





Moringa Coconut Latte


1 tbsp. Moringa Powder

2 heaping tbsp.Coconut Butter (you can sub for coconut oil)

1 tbsp. Raw Honey

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

4 cups of Hot Water


Instructions:

Bring water to a boil. Meanwhile, add all your ingredients to a blender. Add 4 cups of hot water and blend until well incorporated. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
