Recipe: Labor Lemonade
This hydrating elixir features my Expecting Tea, a mineral rich and uterine toning herbal blend as its base, but can easily be replaced with water if there isn't enough time to brew tea. Birth, being the marathon that it is, requires deep hydration and healthy sugars to keep energy up. This recipe has a very neutral flavor that also curbs nausea, perfect for a laboring mama. Also, never underestimate the power of Rescue Remedy, a homeopathic that may help with anxiety, stress, and trauma.
12 cups LMH Expecting Tea, steeped Juice of 4 Lemons 7 drops of Rescue Remedy 1/2 cup of Raw, Unpastuerized Honey 1mL Concentrace Liquid Trace Minerals
